Losing Trend Continues for Oklahoma City
|
Led by 23-year-old Oscar Molina, the El Paso Chihuahuas downed the Oklahoma City Dodgers, 7-2. Molina was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk for El Paso. El Paso reliever Danny Acevedo picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Sean Bergren absorbed the loss. Oklahoma City drops to 2-6.
Jamel Timmons, the El Paso center fielder, contributed a 2-run single in the bottom of the seventh inning to make the score 6-2, Chihuahuas. For the game, Timmons was 2-4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.
