Indians Pull Out Late-Game Win, 2-1
The Charlotte Knights wasted an inspired, 6-inning effort from starter Vince Munoz, falling, 2-1, to the Indianapolis Indians in 10 innings at BB&T Stadium. Chase Wiggins nailed down the save. The third-place Indians bumped their record to 69-63.

Indianapolis used the timely hitting of Bobby McNabb to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Indians on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"I'll play 10 innings, I'll play 20," said Indians manager . "Whatever it takes to win the ballgame."
