Bats Get One-Run Win at Buffalo
The Louisville Bats defeated the Buffalo Bisons, 5-4. Right Fielder Matt Murry deserved a large share of the credit. Murry went 2 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Bats. Vince Elbert snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 4.1 innings. He's now 1-1 on the season. Kevin Fischer earned the save for Louisville, his 24th.

In the top of the third, Murry had a 2-run home run for Louisville. It was his 16th home run of the season and put the Bats on top, 2-0.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Murry said after the game.

Louisville is now 64-60.
