Indians Clipped, 10-6
The Columbus Clippers powered past the Indianapolis Indians, 10-6, at Victory Field. Jon Raffa provided some of the pop. Dogface was 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Clippers now have a record of 51-67.

Columbus used the timely hitting of Chris Brandenburg to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Clippers on top, 7-6. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We take it day by day here," said Brandenburg, "and today was a good one for us."
