In a tight tilt between the Scranton WB RailRiders and the Rochester Red Wings, Josh Rodriguez was the deciding factor. The Scranton WB right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Rodriguez got the win, improving to 4-3. He gave up 1 hit and walked 3 over 6 innings. He allowed no runs. Scranton WB is now 48-40, while Rochester is 45-43.

The RailRiders got a big at-bat from designated hitter Danny Campbell. For the game, Campbell went 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 9th home run of the season gave Scranton WB a 2-0 lead.
