Mud Hens Win, 5-4, in 10

The Toledo Mud Hens wiggled past the Durham Bulls, 5-4, at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The win was highlighted by the performance of Toledo catcher Bobby Bermudez. Reliever Chris Snow picked up the win. His record improves to 2-0. Danny Vital took the loss. The 6th-place Bulls dropped to 16-16.
Bermudez had a game-changing triple in the top of the tenth. On a 2-2 fastball from Danny Vital, he banged a run-scoring triple to left-center, giving the Mud Hens a 4-3 lead. It was the 1st triple of the year for Bermudez.
"We had a chance to win," said Durham manager , "but we didn't get it done."
