Boise and Everett got after it at Everett Memorial Stadium.
The Boise Hawks polished off the Everett AquaSox by the score of 8-1. The largest share of the credit belonged to left fielder Andy Zwiefel. Zwiefel was 2 for 2 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Hawks. Boise is now 30-20, Everett 14-36.
Boise took the lead on Zwiefel's 3rd home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which came against Victor Valle in the top of the seventh, made the score 3-1, Boise.
