The Fredericksburg Nationals beat the Wilmington Blue Rocks, 10-1, at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium. Fredericksburg third baseman Bunda Tandekar had an outstanding performance. He went 4-5 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 times. The winner was Fredericksburg reliever Victor Benavides, now 1-0. The loser was Joe Scully.
