Principes Suffer 16-0 Drubbing from Fobianos Monday, August 13th , 1906 Lajas Fobianos hurler Urayoán Lares was stingy with runs in his latest outing against the Juana Diaz Principes, shutting them out, 16-0, on 7 hits. "Urayoán was very aggressive tonight," Lajas manager Crisanto Lira said. "He threw everything he had with a lot of confidence." Through 9 innings, Lares tallied 11 strikeouts and allowed 4 walks. "He was throwing strikes with all his pitches and mixing it up well," losing manager Alarico Contreras said. "Lares has a sneaky fastball, and whatever that off-speed pitch was, it was keeping our timing off." This season, Lares has a 6-0 record with a 1.40 ERA.
