Bad Behavior Costs Solís and López Monday, August 21st , 1905 Alfredo Solís of Moca and Luis López of Camuy were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Solís will have to miss 4 games for his part in the brawl, while López was given 8 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. Currently Solís has 38 home runs and a .310 batting average. To date he has nailed down 2 saves for his club. In 25 relief appearances, López has 22 strikeouts in 32.2 innings with a 4.68 ERA and a 1-2 mark. |
