Cachorros Guerrero Tames Dorado Friday, June 23rd , 1905 Aldo Guerrero kept the Dorado Defensores hitters from doing much damage at Estadio Lupercal. Dorado could only muster 3 hits and draw no walks against the right-handed Guerrero, who controlled them throughout the game. Arecibo won the contest, 6-0. Guerrero added 8 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Guerrero told reporters after the shutout win. "But whatever it was, I hope it happens again next time." So far this season, Guerrero has logged a 7-4 record with a 1.87 ERA.
