Irondequoit Makes the Playoffs Sunday, October 20th , 1907 The Irondequoit Peach Kings celebration was a bit downplayed today, as the team officially secured a playoff spot. First Baseman Celino Vaca said his club expected to have got to the playoffs and thus, it's not as exciting as it will be when the team wins the Eastern Great Lakes Association League of Lake Ontario or advances to the Championship of the Great Lakes. The Peach Kings record currently sits at 71-61 and they will be vying for the 2nd League of the Great Lakes championship in franchise history. |
