Maupin Tosses 2-0 Shutout for Alpena Wednesday, July 12th , 1905 Harry Maupin of the Alpena Partridges was in command from start to finish in his 2-0 shutout win over the Mackinac Island Stone Skippers. The right-hander, who leads the WGLA in complete games with 15, struck out 1, walked 2 and allowed 4 hits. "I felt strong the entire game," Maupin said. "I felt like I had my good stuff. It was just one of those games when everything was working." So far this season, Maupin has logged a 6-10 record with a 2.59 ERA.
