Gamblers Ramírez Sizzles with Cycle Thursday, June 29th , 1905 Manchester's Felipe Ramírez accomplished what few others have done -- he hit for the cycle, collecting a single, double, triple and home run in the same game. For the day, Ramírez finished 4-for-5 with 5 runs batted in and 1 run scored and helped the Gamblers knock off the Barre Headstones, 10-3, at Gamblers Den. "I didn't even know I was about to hit for the cycle until after," Ramírez told reporters following the game. "One of the guys mentioned it when I got back to the dugout." Felipe Ramírez grounded out in the 1st, hit a three-run triple in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Salvador Rosado in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 8th. For the season, Ramírez is hitting at a .342 clip with 8 home runs, 32 RBIs and has scored 22 runs. He has 68 hits, 15 walks and a .394 on-base percentage.
