López Gets 2-0 Shutout Friday, September 25th , 1903 Templeton Red Onions hurler Ramiro López was at his best as he beat the New Haven Regicides, 2-0. "He just kept the ball down, did a good job, made his pitches," said New Haven manager Ed Caskin. "We didn't do a good job making adjustments, so we helped him out a little bit." López fired a 6-hitter and totaled 5 strikeouts and 1 walk in the shutout performance. In 32 starts this season, López has recorded a 19-11 record and a 3.08 ERA.
