Postseason Bid Ends for Edinburgh Friday, September 15th , 1905 The dream of lifting a championship banner above the home field of the Edinburgh Claymores has been extinguished, at least for 1905. The club was formally eliminated from playoff contention today. Asked to comment on the news, Claymores manager Gael Whalley issued a one-word statement, which cannot be printed by BNN. Edinburgh hasn't yet made it to the postseason. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 5 seasons in the C4F. |
