Aibonito Wins Liga Hostos Valle Costero Crown Monday, October 15th , 1906 The Aibonito Frios have captured the Liga Hostos Valle Costero for the 4th time. In what was a tight race into the season's final days, the Frios have come out on top and will be heading to the postseason full of confidence. "We feel good. The Liga Hostos Valle Costero is full of great teams and we were pushed all season long," said catcher Michael Reid. "People can argue who they think is going to win the Campeonato Nacional Puertorriqueño, but there's a lot of belief in this room." A championship would be the 1st in franchise history. |
