Those were the comments heard after the Bayamon Lecheros came to an agreement to deal 28-year old LF Germán Ramírez and 21-year old minor league RF Blas Rivera to the Aguas Buenas Mulos for 23-year old minor league SS Arnulfo Varaza, 18-year old minor league 2B Telémaco Alejandro, 24-year old LF Francisco Hernández, 22-year old minor league RHP Adrián Concepción, and 20-year old minor league 1B Saúl Ontiveros earlier today. The deal is expected to be formally announced later this evening. So far this season, Ramírez is hitting .277 with no home runs, 21 RBIs and 21 runs scored. He has 57 hits in 206 at-bats and a .309 OBP. |
