Hat Trick of Home Runs for Rubio

Julio Rubio was sending souvenirs to the sun gods all game long in the 4-3 Luquillo Soles triumph at Coliseo de los Valencianos.
The 33-year-old put on a show for fans, launching not one, not two, but three home runs into the stands and powering the Soles past the Juncos Valencianos.
"One homer's good, two's great, three's out of sight," Rubio told BNN reporters after the game. "I can't wait until next game. I really feel good at the plate."
The first baseman went 3-for-4, rung up 3 RBIs and scored 4 runs on his record-setting day.
Julio Rubio walked in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Zacarías Gutiérrez in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Zacarías Gutiérrez in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Boanerges Murillo in the 11th.
On the season, Rubio is batting .200 with 13 home runs and 26 RBIs. He has played in 42 games.
