Injury Sidelines Escobar for Season Sunday, October 11th , 1903 Homero Escobar had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering an arthritic elbow on 10/07/1903. Today he received word from the Camuy doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. This season, Escobar has fanned 88 in 228 innings and collected a 18-8 record with a 1.74 ERA. |
