García Hurls Shutout

Isidoro García handcuffed the Rio Grande Cotorras at Estadio de Las Marías, coming away with a 6-hit, complete game shutout.
"I had everything working for me out there," the Las Marias Citricos left-hander said later. "I used every one of my pitches, hit both sides of the plate really well and felt like I could do whatever I wanted."
With his stuff working, García had little trouble with the Cotorras and led the Citricos to victory, 2-0. He recorded 3 strikeouts and 2 walks in an impressive performance.
On his stats sheet for the year García shows a 22-15 record, 38 starts, 341.2 innings, 206 strikeouts and a 1.82 ERA.
