"He was too darn good for us today," grumbled Bayamon manager Scrappy Carroll after the 3-0 loss to the Isabela Quesiteros. Hernández finished with 2 strikeouts and 1 walk in a strong outing. In the postgame press conference, Isabela manager Práxedes Bello said Hernández "had good velocity, good movement and had those guys off balance. He just pitched his butt off."
