Playoffs? No Chance for Naranjito Tuesday, October 6th , 1903 Even the most die-hard fans of the Naranjito Brillantes will likely now start focusing on next year. The team was today mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. "We're disappointed," said Brillantes center fielder Enrique Navarrete. "Not just for ourselves, but also for the fans that stick with us every year." Naranjito hasn't yet made it to the postseason. They haven't made the playoffs in all 3 years of their history. |
