Senores Hurler Elizondo Tosses Masterpiece Wednesday, September 30th , 1903 Simeón Elizondo kept the Naranjito Brillantes hitters off balance all game long, as the Ponce Senores pitcher blanked the Brillantes, 1-0. Elizondo gave up 3 hits, struck out 4, and walked 5. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length.
