Marcianos Blank Combatientes, Oakley Wins Wednesday, September 23rd , 1903 Alistair Oakley scattered 4 hits over 9 innings, going the distance in the Lajas Marcianos 2-0 victory over the Cabo Rojo Combatientes at Campo de los Marcianos. The 33-year-old Oakley whiffed 1 and issued no walks. "Not perfect today, but I'll definitely take it," Oakley said. "I made a couple mistakes but thankfully they didn't get all of them and the guys behind me cleaned things up." So far this season, Oakley has logged a 24-11 record with a 1.74 ERA.
