Berroa Magic in 9-0 Shutout Monday, September 14th , 1903 Barranquitas Ilustres hurler Enrique Berroa was at his best as he beat the Sabana Grande Tejedores, 9-0. "He just kept the ball down, did a good job, made his pitches," said Sabana Grande manager Tarasio Serrato. "We didn't do a good job making adjustments, so we helped him out a little bit." Berroa fired a 5-hitter and totaled 6 strikeouts and 1 walk in the shutout performance. To date this year, Berroa has compiled a 6-14 mark with a 3.04 ERA in 20 starts.
