In a splendid 8-0 shutout performance, Marco Rivas of the Belfast Bards subdued the Galway Harbourmasters on a 7-hitter.

"He kept hitting his spots and putting up zeroes, so I kept sending him out there," Belfast manager Dáithí King said in postgame comments.
