In a splendid 2-0 shutout performance, Danilo Portillo of the Wrexham Druids subdued the Bangor Bishops on a 2-hitter.
"He kept hitting his spots and putting up zeroes, so I kept sending him out there," Wrexham manager Luis Torres said in postgame comments.
