Claymores Use Late Rally to Win
Due in large part to second baseman Eduardo Sierra, the Edinburgh Claymores sunk the Perth Caber Tossers, 8-6. Sierra was 2-4 with 2 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The win gives Edinburgh a record of 7-4.

The game was all tied up in the bottom of the eighth, until Sierra delivered big-time for Edinburgh, stroking a dramatic run-scoring single off Abenámar Martínez. The game-changing hit put the Claymores on top, 7-6.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Sierra.
