The Ponce Senores and Adjuntas Santos completed their game despite the rain.

John Burry never let Adjuntas get something going. The Ponce left-hander commanded his changeup in pitching the Senores to a 5-0 win. Burry picked up the win for Ponce, going 8.2 innings. He gave up no runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 2-1.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Claudio Guevara? The Ponce center fielder had a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Senores on top, 2-0. For the game, Guevara had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
