Maunabo got a decent performance from pitcher Rubén García, but it wasn't enough to beat the Aguas Buenas Mulos. Aguas Buenas won the Parque de Aguas Buenas contest, 5-4. García threw 8.0 innings allowing 5 runs for the losing team. Keane O'Sullivan was the winner. He's now 14-12. The loser was 18-year old left-handed pitcher Rubén García. Picking up his 6th save was 19-year old right-handed pitcher Manuel Cortés.

The Mulos got a gift in the bottom of the fifth inning, when they were leading 3-1. With two out and the bases loaded, Ed Neale reached on an error by the SS, driving in 1 run. It made the score 4-1, Aguas Buenas.

"That's what this team is about," said Neale, "picking each other up."

The second-place Mulos now have a win-loss record of 61-54.
