The Arroyo Telegrafistas picked up a win at Estadio Municipal de Arroyo, downing the Maunabo Artilleros, 6-3. On the mound for Arroyo was right-hander Dennis Lamkin, who played a pivotal role in the win. Lamkin, now 10-18, was the winner. In 9 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 7, walking 1, and allowing 3 runs. Arroyo goes to 50-63, Maunabo to 58-55.
The Telegrafistas got a big at-bat from second baseman Crisanto Chaidez. For the game, Chaidez went 3-4 with 2 triples. He scored 2 runs. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring triple. His 5th triple of the season gave Arroyo a 1-0 lead.
