The Aguas Buenas Mulos nipped the Rio Grande Cotorras, 3-2, at Parque de Aguas Buenas. Aguas Buenas pitcher Manuel Cortés, in particular, starred. Cortés, who is tied for 6th in the LB in innings pitched with 195.1, went the distance for Aguas Buenas. He gave up 2 runs on 6 hits. The first-place Mulos improved to 54-27.

Regan Kenny had a clutch hit in the bottom of the seventh inning. With two men out and a runner on 2nd, the Aguas Buenas third baseman hit a run-scoring single. That put the Mulos in the lead, 3-2.
