Guanica and San German duked it out and the Amigos came out victorious.

The Guanica Amigos topped the San German Golondrinas, 5-3, in Liga Hostos action at Parque de las Golondrinas. The standout performance belonged to Guanica pitcher and Fajardo, Puerto Rico, native Eunosto Gutiérrez. Gutiérrez yielded 3 runs over 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 11 hits, walked 4, and struck out 4. His record improves to 11-6.

The Amigos got a big at-bat from right fielder Noé Pérez. For the game, Pérez went 3 for 5 with a triple and a double. He drove in 3 runs. In the top of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring triple. His 10th triple of the season gave Guanica a 1-0 lead.
