Ochoa Guns Down Arribenos
|
Julio Ochoa was dynamite at Parque de los Arribeños, blowing away the Utuado Arribenos in a shutout victory. The San Lorenzo Leyendas starter had everything working as he held the Arribenos to 7 hits in the 5-0 win.
"He was pure nasty out there today," said Utuado skipper Demetrio Bustamante. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing."
Ochoa finished the game with 3 strikeouts and 2 walks.
This season, Ochoa has compiled a 5-13 mark with a 3.01 ERA in 19 starts.
