Culebra Tortugas pitcher Rubén Piñón blanked the Guanica Amigos, 3-0, at Parque de Guánica, tossing a 2-hitter while issuing 2 walks and collecting 3 strikeouts.

After his sharp shutout performance, he shared credit with the rest of the club.

"I was just locked in out there and some of that is due to having a catcher who has such a great feel for hitters," Piñón said. "I couldn't do what I did without all the guys out there today."
