Arroyo Sweeps into the Serie Eliminatoria
|
The Arroyo Telegrafistas are heading to the Serie Eliminatoria after a 3-0 sweep of the Orocovis Caciques, capped off with a 9-3 win at Coliseo Carlos Mujica.
"When you can put away a team like Orocovis early, you do it," said right-hander Solón Báez, whose strong pitching performance earned him the nod as series MVP. "We're happy with the sweep and to move on without any drama."
