Chupacabras Stymied by Navegadores, Stack
|
The Canovanas Chupacabras had to reckon with Naguabo Navegadores hurler Everton Stack. Stack, who finished 3rd in the LB in ERA with 1.71 last year, overwhelmed the opposition in the 7-1 Navegadores triumph. Canovanas, with the loss, is 4-2.
Stack confounded Canovanas hitters. Over 9 innings, he allowed 1 run on 5 hits.
"It's nice to get the results when you're feeling good and throwing the ball well," said Stack after the game.
