The Quebradillas Escondidos and Lares Gritantes completed their game despite the rain.

The Quebradillas Escondidos did not need a Herculean effort from starter Jérôme Delmas, not with their offense scoring runs at will. Quebradillas dispatched the Lares Gritantes, 14-4. Delmas got the win, improving to 12-10. He gave up 10 hits and walked 1 over 9 innings. He allowed 4 runs.

Helping the Quebradillas cause was Harold Fairlie. In the bottom of the seventh, the 16-year old center fielder had a run-scoring walk to make the score 6-4, Escondidos.

Lares manager Roberto López said: "We'll put this one in the trash can and get ready for the next game."

The 7th-place Escondidos lifted their record to 47-47.
