Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Anasco Guerreros and Hatillo Tritones.

The Anasco Guerreros picked up a win at Parquecito de Añasco, taking down the Hatillo Tritones, 4-2. Starting pitcher Premislao Tijerina was a big reason why. Anasco is 9th in the Liga Mariana Bracetti División Manuel Corchado y Juarbe with a record of 35-42.

Tijerina gave Anasco a solid start. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 8 hits over 9 innings.

"Premislao gets tougher when he has to, makes a big pitch when he has to," said Anasco skipper Zacarías Robles.
