Hermosos Claim 7-2 Triumph
Fans were not deterred by the threat of rain. They came to see their hometown San German Hermosos take on the Sabana Grande Tramantes.

The San German Hermosos had to overcome a big game from Sabana Grande designated hitter Hefesto Feliciano to leave Parquecito de San Germán with a victory. And they did, winning, 7-2. Feliciano went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Cecilio Castillo, who is tied for 2nd in the LMB in wins with 14, was the winner. He's now 14-6. The loser was Gustavo Támez.

Daniel Pérez had a big grand slam home run for the Hermosos in the bottom of the fifth inning. With San German leading 3-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Gustavo Támez, who is rated as the 19th best prospect by BNN, and swatted a home run to left. It was his 13th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Hermosos ahead, 7-0.

Pérez said his team "played with focus."

The Hermosos have an impressive 41-24 record.
