Fans saw a dandy of a game between the Juncos Chiringas and Fajardo Camorristas.

The Juncos Chiringas earned a close win over the Fajardo Camorristas, thanks in part to Braulio Paredes. The Juncos right-hander, who is tied for 7th in the LJP in quality starts with 12, played a key role in the 3-2 victory. The loss makes Fajardo 31-29.

Juncos went in front, 2-1, on Roberto Bercián's 11th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Bercián hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Fajardo pitcher Marcos González visibly perturbed.

"That's how you're going to be successful," said Chiringas manager Pedro Figueroa. "It starts with pitching and it will always be pitching."
