Behind a solid performance from shortstop Mateo González, the Yauco Napoleonicos defeated the Lajas Fobianos, 5-3. González went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Napoleonicos. Mallon Nelson picked up the win with 9 innings of work. He allowed 3 runs on 8 hits, while walking 4 and striking out 5. On the season, he is now 7-10.

González had a big at-bat with a runner on 2nd in the bottom of the first inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Napoleonicos went on to win.
