Fobianos Come Back Late to Clip Hermosos
The Lajas Fobianos picked up a win at El Escombrón, downing the San German Hermosos, 4-3. On the mound for Lajas was right-hander Diego Rivas, who played a pivotal role in the win. With the victory, the Fobianos upped their record to 36-21.

Lajas took a 4-3 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning, when Valeriano Valdez hit a clutch 3-run home run to bring Fobianos fans to their feet.

"I'm proud of the way we took care of business and got the 'W' today," Rivas told the Lajas Times. "Whatever it takes."
