Foster Neutralizes Pilot Whales
The Falmouth Submersibles rode a solid performance from 24-year-old starting pitcher Andrew Foster to a win, beating the Newport Pilot Whales, 5-1, at Newport Grounds. Falmouth currently is in third place in the Southern New England Association Massachusetts Circuit at 53-64.

Foster was dominant for Falmouth. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 5 hits, while racking up 9 strikeouts. He threw 106 pitches over 9 innings in the contest.

"It was a good effort all around," said Foster.
