The Manchester Gamblers and Barre Headstones completed their game despite the inclement weather.

Manchester pitcher Danny McClellan did his part in helping his team beat the Barre Headstones, 6-2. The left-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The last-place Gamblers improved to 51-68.

Hernando Matías had a key at-bat with two out in the bottom of the fifth for Manchester. With the bases loaded and the Gamblers leading 1-0, he hit a 2-run single.

"Hustle and hard work is a big part of our success," said Matías. "Those qualities define our team."
