Rutland turned a good effort from starter Ernesto Jiménez into a win over the Lewiston Quebeckers at Stade de Lewiston. The Quarrymen won the game, 3-1. The Quebeckers, now 12-15, have lost 5 straight.

Jiménez imposed his will on the Quebeckers, scattering 4 hits over 9 innings while striking out 9. The left-hander upped his season record to 6-2.
