Highwaymen Claim 4-2 Triumph
Huáscar Guzmán impressed in the 4-2 Tucson win over Phoenix. Guzmán, who is tied for 3rd in the FBL-WA in hits with 94, went 3 for 3 with 3 doubles and a walk, while adding 4 RBI. Francisco Molina got the win, improving to 8-8. He pitched 9 innings, giving up 7 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 3 and walking 1. Their 42-32 record puts the Highwaymen first in the Western Association Phoenix Circuit.

Tucson took a 4-2 lead on Guzmán's 24th double of the season. The 2-run double, which he hit off Francisco Torras in the bottom of the seventh, propelled Tucson to the win.

"I like our moxie," said Highwaymen manager Amado Garza.
