Campos Leads San Marcos to 3-1 Win
The San Marcos Cadavers got a marvelous performance from pitcher Gelasio Campos. The right-hander kept the Waco offense from ever getting much traction. The result was an impressive 3-1 San Marcos victory at Mammoths Field. The Cadavers have a robust 10½-game lead in the Eastern Association San Marcos Circuit.

Campos allowed 1 run on 3 hits over 9 innings for the Cadavers. With the win, he is 2-0 with an ERA of 1.00.

"The key for me has just been attacking the zone and hitting my spots. When I'm throwing strikes and not falling behind in counts, those are the days when I pitch really good," said Campos.
