Soggy conditions did not keep Las Piedras and Loiza from playing their scheduled game.

A 4-RBI performance from Homero Aguilar, who is tied for 5th in the LH in hits with 45, helped the Las Piedras Menestrales beat the Loiza Vejigantes, 12-5. With the win, Las Piedras pushed its record to 20-16.

Chipping in for Las Piedras was catcher Roberto Aguilar. He stroked a 2-run single in the bottom of the first. For the game, Aguilar was 1 for 5, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"It's the best feeling when you come through for your teammates," said Aguilar.
